We at the Alpha Zeta Pi chapter would like to extend to you an invitation to this year's Sectional Conference.  Over the course of the weekend, we will be offering a wide variety of workshops and events, including a game night Friday evening, and a buffet-style banquet on Saturday evening.  We will be offering three APO LEADS courses as well: LAUNCH on Saturday morning, ACHIEVE Saturday afternoon, and EXPLORE on Sunday for those interested in staying.  There will also be various workshops available, including a 2-hour workshop for rituals (for Brothers only).

Please make sure to check the schedule as workshops may change as the date approaches!

Hotel Information

Hilton Homewood Suites
1181 Winterson Rd
Linthicum, MD 21090
(410) 684-6100

The rate for the Alpha Phi Omega group is $89/night and must be booked by individual chapters by 3/19/2010 (one week prior to check in). The rate is for 2 nights/3 days (march 26-28).

The rooms are suite style. Three are available with 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. The rest are King sized beds (sleep 3 comfortably, whether or not people wanna have 3 people in a bed is their own choice), and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Yes, living room. The hotel limit for the number of people in a room is 5.

A shuttle service is available within the area, including to campus, so if any chapters take the train in, or have one car for 5 people, they can get a shuttle to UMBC. The hotel does ask that we give them a heads up, so the night before would be a good time to plan that out and let the front desk know.

They will have a direct link available in the next few days, but in the mean time chapters can call the hotel and reserve under the Alpha Phi Omega at UMBC block.
